For all partnership opportunities, media requests, or vendor applications, please direct your correspondence to our corporate relations team at kingboat.pt@gmail.com. We review all proposals on a rolling basis.
The event will be hosted at the Grand Meridian Convention Center, located at 123 Innovation Drive, Suite 400. Detailed parking instructions and public transit routes are available on our main event page.
Official event merchandise can be purchased exclusively at the on-site Souvenir Pavilion during event hours. Please note that we are a cashless venue; all major credit cards and digital wallets are accepted.
All ticket sales are final; however, if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, you will automatically be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Please check your email for updates regarding specific event status.
Our seasonal events are typically scheduled on the second weekend of every month. For the specific calendar for the current year, please visit the “Schedule” tab on our website.
